Apache Room

The Apache Room is our newest and most spacious retreat, created for couples who enjoy extra room and for families who want to stay close without feeling crowded. Its private courtyard entrance sets a peaceful tone from the start, inviting you into a bright, airy space with plenty of breathing room.
A generous king bed with soft, supportive linens makes restful sleep easy, and there is ample space to add an air mattress for younger guests, comfortably accommodating up to two adults and two children. The decor draws from the surrounding Southwest - earthy tones, handcrafted touches, and local art - so you never forget you are in the high desert, even when you are tucked inside.
The private bathroom features a large, open shower and fresh, fluffy towels that feel wonderful after a long hike or a day of exploring. Individual heating and air conditioning keep the room comfortable year-round, while DirecTV offers relaxed evening entertainment. A mini-fridge/freezer stands ready for snacks, drinks, or tomorrow's picnic ingredients.
Because this room often hosts longer stays, many guests appreciate how easy it is to settle in: there is space to organize belongings, spread out maps, or enjoy a quiet game with the kids before bed. Each stay includes our complimentary breakfast, and with advance notice, you can add gourmet pack lunches for your adventures or reserve our three-course dinners on select nights. The Apache Room gives you the feel of a private desert suite - spacious, calm, and thoughtfully equipped - so you can focus on making memories rather than managing logistics.
